I want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not, please contact me within 30 days and I will do everything I can to get it right!  If you still want a refund, I'll ask for you to cut the device in half and send a picture.  PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS before a refund is agreed upon and you've been asked to destroy the device.  Due to hygienic concerns, I cannot physically accept product for a refund.  Please do not ship them back.


I will accept resize requests for 30 days.  I strongly recommend taking your measurement several times before making your purchase.  Be sure to take it at several different times of day at different temperatures: like first thing in the morning, right after a shower, and before bed.  You may submit a picture to for a second opinion if needed.


My products are handmade and take significant time and resources to manufacture.  If you end up needing a resize, customers may get one replacement item but will pay for shipping.  Please contact me for arrangements.


I proudly stand behind every device I make and perform quality checks on every shipment.  I will replace or refund any defective device within 30 days of receipt.  "Defective" does not apply to yellowing or discoloration, modification after the sale, introduction to extreme heat, chemicals, or abrasives, or damage caused by the user or non-affiliated accessories.  "Defective" applies to tears to the material under typical use.  Please refer to the FAQ for care instructions.
