If you still want a refund, I'll ask for you to cut the device in half and send a picture. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS before a refund is agreed upon and you've been asked to destroy the device.
Due to hygienic and legal concerns, I cannot physically accept exchanges or product for a refund. Please do not ship them back.
