WHAT IS FORESKIN RESTORATION? WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?

Every day, children around the world are unnecessarily circumcised by force. Foreskin restoration involves stretching the skin to cover the glans. Circumcision, or as we like to call it, genital mutilation, removes lots of nerve endings and valuable tissue. Restoration cannot undo that, but it can expand remaining skin to act as a replacement. Every penis-owner has the opportunity to restore, and then tell a friend or two to get the word out. If enough people restore, maybe people will stop circumcising their children in the first place.

WHY REVERSE A CIRCUMCISION? DOESN'T IT MAKE THINGS CLEANER AND MORE ATTRACTIVE?

Not necessarily. If you wash daily, circumcision doesn't make you any cleaner. Many studies touting the efficacy of circumcision were done in un- or under-developed areas with far less access to soap, water, sexual- and hygiene-education versus the developed world. But yes, if you don't wash your genitals daily, circumcision will keep it cleaner because there are less nooks and crannies for germs to hide in. Sort of like how if your parents cut your ears off at birth, you would never have to clean your ears! As far as attractiveness, they all look weird. But an uncircumcised penis is natural, and therefore probably less weird!

IS FORESKIN RESTORATION ONLY FOR ADULT MEN?

While we primarily consider adult men in product development, we welcome transgender and non-binary folks as well. If you have a special request or product idea, let us know! We ask that all customers are aged 18 years or older, as the ethics and legality of discussing sexual matters or products with minors is iffy at best.

DO I NEED TO HAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF SLACK SKIN TO USE A RESTORATION METHOD OR DEVICE, INCLUDING PECKERPACKER? I'M CUT REALLY TIGHT.

It will be more difficult to get tight skin to fit into the device, but it can be done. We do recommend achieving at least CI-3 to use. Manually stretching the skin before device application may help you overcome this obstacle.

HOW DO YOU COMPARE TO OTHER COMPANIES' PRODUCTS?

Our products are designed with a few requirements: comfort, affordability, and versatility. Comfort (and safety) are established through quality materials and no-pinch, no-twist, no-tape design. Products are reasonably priced thanks to smart manufacturing processes, including reusable molds and easy-to-source accessories. Totally flexible devices are versatile enough to fit just about any customer. Plus, instead of having to purchase a whole new device for each tension method (tugging/weight/air/packing), you should only need accessories! I will admit that PeckerPackers are a tad bit larger than the competition, but it's a necessary evil. Getting silicone to hold its shape and not flex too easily requires extra material. PeckerPacker products are different, not necessarily better. There are some really nice products out there! We focus on function and affordability. We want to contribute, not replace others. We want to see foreskin restoration devices in everyone's pockets.

WHO DEVELOPS PECKERPACKER PRODUCTS? ARE THEY EVALUATED BY MEDICAL OR HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS?

I have a technology background and education, was circumcised, and do NOT have any medical experience. I only has tech, tinkering, and penis-having experience. If you are concerned for your health and well-being, you should seek medical attention from a qualified medical professional. I recommend a urologist as they will be most knowledgeable in that area, but they may not know much about foreskin restoration. It depends on the doctor. Foreskin restoration is typically viewed as a "hobbyist" activity, not medical. The American medical community generally views circumcision as an improvement to the male form, not a violation of it. Approving of circumcision reversal could mean their implied disapproval of child circumcision in the first place, therefore admitting the medical establishment is at fault. It really makes you think!
