I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please contact me within 30 days and I will do everything I can to get it right! If you still want a refund, I'll ask for you to cut the device in half and send a picture. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS before a refund is agreed upon and you've been asked to destroy the device. Due to hygienic concerns, I cannot physically accept product for a refund. Please do not ship them back.

RESIZES
I will accept resize requests for 30 days. I strongly recommend taking your measurement several times before making your purchase. Be sure to take it at several different times of day at different temperatures: like first thing in the morning, right after a shower, and before bed. You may submit a picture to info@peckerpacker.com for a second opinion if needed.
My products are handmade and take significant time and resources to manufacture. If you end up needing a resize, customers may get one replacement item but will pay for shipping. Please contact me for arrangements.

WARRANTY
I proudly stand behind every device I make and perform quality checks on every shipment. I will replace or refund any defective device within 6 (six) months of receipt. "Defective" does not apply to yellowing or discoloration, modification after the sale, introduction to extreme heat, chemicals, or abrasives, or damage caused by the user or non-affiliated accessories. "Defective" applies to tears to the material under typical use. Please refer to the FAQ for care instructions.
