Non-Latex medical inflation bulb with 1.5 feet of silicone tubing.  Includes two aquarium-style one-way check valves.
 
Your skin will stretch gradually as you add air, making the skin look less inflated.  Wait about 30 seconds after the initial fill and add more air if needed.
If too much air has been added, simply squeeze the side of the device next to the valve to let a little out.
Gently squeeze the compression sleeve while inflating to make sure your foreskin does not slip!
